ARM 8

The ARM's main purpose is to establish, manage, and summarise any herbicide, insecticide, fungicide, seed/variety, fertiliser, general non-chemical, nematicide and plant growth regulator research data coming from single field or greenhouse trials.

Managing plant science research data saves time throughout the research season while creating trials, collecting and analysing data. ARM produces the reports required for successful and timely trial management. Summary reports include integrated statistical analysis that automatically selects appropriate analysis of variance according to selected statistical design.

ARM is the respected standard throughout crop protection industry and hundreds of universities all over more than 70 countries.

ARM ST

ARM ST (Summary Across Trials) is an add-in option that fits into an installed ARM 7 program. This valuable tool combines and averages similar assessments in ARM research trials across locations and years. ARM ST helps researchers average and report similar trials conducted at several locations, or for multi-year trials. Because ARM ST uses the ARM interface, an experienced ARM user can readily learn to use ARM ST.

Product managers can use ARM ST to average results for a trial series based on a common protocol.ST aids in planning research by identifying existing trials with a specific treatment or group of treatments, and then listing all assessments for those treatments.

Data Collection Package

Since 2001 ARM software includes ARM Push and Pull features for using a small handheld organiser to enter assessment data into a Microsoft Excel compatible spreadsheet.Now ARM 8 is expanded to support data collection with an Enhanced GDMdef Rating Shell which is offered on the Psion Workabout Pro Color Windows Mobile 6 Generation 3 model.
