Timeline

REACH:

• 1^st June 2011: Notification of SVHC in articles

• 1^st June 2013: Second Phase-in Substances must be registered (all substances >100t)

• 1^st June 2018: Third Phase-in Substances must be registered (all substances >1t)

CLP:

• 1^st December 2010 : CLP regulation must be applied to substances

• 1^st June 2015: CLP regulation must be applied to mixtures
  

For substances and mixtures already placed on the market before 1st December 2010 and 1st June 2015, extended deadline until 2012 and 2017.
