CLP: The basics
This webinar provides a structured overview of the key principles of CLP classification as applied to PPPs. It will cover the core elements of a CLP classification, the use of ECHA Chem, the different approaches to classifying substances and mixtures (including calculation-based methods), as well as practical examples to illustrate and apply the concepts discussed.

To gain a clear and practical understanding of the fundamentals of the CLP Regulation (Classification, Labelling and Packaging – Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008) and its application to substances and plant protection products (PPPs) submitted under Regulation (EU) No 1107/2009.
Public and prerequisites
- Any actors needing to understand the basics of CLP classification and related regulation 1272/2008.
- No CLP knowledge is required to attend the webinar.
