Business Developer

RRA is seeking for a professional to help its business to grow by acquiring new customers, identifying new markets (worldwide) and selling additional services to existing clients.
 
PROFILE:
 

·         Master or bachelor's in economics, science or engineering (Chemistry, Microbiology, Biology, Agronomy) with a strong interest in commercial activities.

·         Experience in Communication and Business Development is an asset.

·         Must be fluent in English and have a good working knowledge of French and Dutch.

·         Candidates must be pro-active, motivated and willing to develop their career in a growing company.

·         Prior networking within the industry (biocidal products, plant protection products or chemicals) is an important asset

 
JOB DESCRIPTION:Candidates must:
 

·         maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers;

·         search for new clients to turn this into a growing business;

·         engage in online research of organisations and individuals (especially through social media) to identify potential clients and decision-makers within organisations;

·         Identify the needs of the Industry and the people responsible for purchasing;

·         contact potential clients via email or telephone in order to establish relationships and set up meetings;

·         plan and oversee new commercial activity;

·         attend conferences, meetings, and industry events;

·         engage in teamwork to develop proposals that address clients' needs, concerns and objectives

·         Handle the CRM part designed for business relations and client’s follow-up

 

Required Skills:

 

·         good communication and proficiency in IT;

·         creativity and ability to solve complex issues;

·         in-depth knowledge of the industry and its latest developments;

·         ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines;

·         skill in setting priorities and triaging obligations;

·         attention to detail;

·         proficiency in time management and excellent organisational skills.
