With the publication of Law No. 15.070 in December 2024, Brazil established a new legal basis for the production, registration, commercialization, and use of bioinputs. This law represents a major step toward promoting sustainable agricultural practices, encouraging the innovation and adoption of biological products. However, there are still several aspects yet to be defined, and this webinar aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the current regulatory landscape, along with guidance on how to ensure compliance with the legislation.
